Cinnamon Cookie Iced Coffee

A festive blend of Goldschlager, Baileys, and rich coffee, sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Perfect for Christmas, this beverage offers a delightful twist on a sugar cookie latte, letting you skip the Starbucks run and indulge in the warmth of the season with every sip.

Recipe Type: Drinks | Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • Goldschläger: 1 oz (omit for mocktail, or sub for non-alcoholic version)

  • Nutmeg: 1/2 tsp

  • Ground Cinnamon: 1/2 tsp + more for garnish

  • Vanilla Extract: 1/2 tsp

  • Coffee: 1 cup (preferably cold, or cooled)

  • Baileys: 1 oz

  • Oat Milk: 2 oz

  • Ice: 1/2 cup

  • Star anise: for garnish

  • Cookie: for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine goldschläger, nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, vanilla extract and coffee. Shake until combined.

  2. In a glass, add in baileys and oat milk. Froth until a slight foam appears. (The foam will help the garnishes float on top of the drink, so they don’t sink!)

  3. Grab your favourite glass, pour in your coffee followed by the baileys mixture. Garnish with more cinnamon, star anise and a cookie! Enjoy!
